What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content so that they can submit a counter notice if they believe the removal was a mistake. Repeat infringers may have their access to the Site restricted.

Counter Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to our designated agent. Your counter notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that has been removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area.
